Violating Global Denizen’s Community Guidelines voids your access to current and future services, whether or not you have paid for them. Violators are not eligible for refunds or account credits and may have fewer rights than others under our Privacy Policy. Where appropriate, we may contact the police, FBI, or other authorities. Disrespect toward any individual or group is unacceptable. By using our service, you expressly agree:

• To use the services in a courteous, truthful manner;
• That Global Denizens has the exclusive right to make determinations about community guidelines issues, and that our decisions are final.

You expressly agree not to:

• Create an account profile for anyone other than yourself.
• Use or attempt to use another’s account.
• Allow another person to use your account.
• Disclose information that you do not have the right to disclose, including your employer's confidential information.
• Add inaccurate content.
• Use our services to contact people who are unlikely to recognize you as a known contact.
• Attempt to contact users outside our services whom you do not personally know.
• Harass, stalk, or knowingly cause distress to another person.
• Use any information gathered from the use of our services to harass, stalk, or knowingly cause distress to another person.
• Disclose the personal information of any person, including addresses, phone numbers, email address, financial information, or any information that can be used to track, contact or impersonate another person.
